Taking ARCH102 Outside: FIELD and "-scape"

Our third assignment of the second semester was the next step of taking our designs to reality: after working with scales and modulars, this time we were supposed to work "on" the area and the environment -or scapes. We were given the base maps of "Botanic Park" -one of Ankara's most well-known green areas which is located around Atakule- and we were asked to draw our own map where our experiences with the soundscape, materials and the difference between man-made and nature were represented.

Later on, the continuation of the assignment was to revise and to improve our maps.

I used digital brush tools and various colors to show the transition between different experiences and the flow of the followed path's influence on its surroundings.
