Learning Scales with Modulars

We started our 102 Course with the title "interspaces/interscapes", which also hinted that this semester would be about the spacial qualities of design as well as the relationship spaces form with people. Our second assignment "As2.2" was first given to us as a studio work where we were supposed to draw our own bodies alongside an animal of our choice in scale. I decided to go with a ring-tailed lemur due to its ability to jump, climb, hunt and hide.

On our next assignment, we were asked to improve our sketches while also applying our modulars to our initial models.

Later, I made changes on my initial model according to how a ring-tailed lemur would perceive it, I added spaces exceptional for the animal where it would climb, jump, hunt and hide.
